School and Group Visits 2010
Anglesey Sea Zoo is the ideal place for an educational visit, and all of our staff are very happy to discuss the specific needs of your group and to match our programs to meet those needs. We can provide everything you might want including simple worksheets to full guided tours, beach safaris and interactive talks and lectures from some of our many biologists.
The marine biological staff at the Anglesey Sea Zoo are also experienced educators, and are able to offer a rewarding, informative and above all, enjoyable experience for all ages and levels from nursery to university, Please do feel free to ask us!

Summary of Education Packages
These documents in either Microsoft Word or PDF format describe what we can offer any visiting group with no prior consultation other than making a booking! Should you feel that there is something more specific that you would like please do get in touch.
Guided Tour Summary
A giuded tour by one of our marine biologists means that your group gets the most from your visit by allowing interaction with an expert. During a tour there is time for detailed explanation and questions, giving an insight into both the ecosytem roles of the creatures in the aquarium, plus one or two quirky facts, did you know for example why an Octopus has blue blood?
There is much more to the Anglesey Sea Zoo than the aquarium itself. Inside we have Anglesey's best toy shop, and an award winning bistro sepcialising in fresh and hand made local produce. Outside there is an adventure playground, free acess to a huge bouncy castle, crazy golf, even secure facilities to keep dogs cool and watered on hot Summer days.
Health and Safety
We have qualified first aiders on our staff, as well as fully comprehensive public liability insurances and other statuatory certificates. We are regularly inspected and run a continuous program of in-house risk assessment covering every aspect of our site. Should you requre these prior to your booking then please ask us, we'd be happy to oblige. Codes Of Behaviour
The Anglesey Sea Zoo's Welcome Host Trained Staff place great emphasis on customer care. In return all that we ask is for groups to arrive punctually (or to try to let us know if you can't), with well behaved children who will respect their surroundings and the living creatures they'll encounter.
