We have now successfully obtained the official planning documents for the Halen Môn smokery – these documents should be readily available on the public domain, but they were extremely difficult to get hold of
Specialists have viewed the planning documents on the planning portal for the design of the smokery and flue and they have advised of a discrepancy between approved height of 9m and what is in operation on site of a lower height, which could explain why we are being so badly affected by the smoke. We have also been advised of other possible breaches. This matter is now being addressed by relevant parties including planning enforcement, and we are awaiting further advice.
Rydym bellach wedi llwyddo i gael y dogfennau cynllunio swyddogol ar gyfer tŷ mwg Halen Môn – dylai’r dogfennau hyn fod ar gael yn rhwydd i’r cyhoedd, ond roedd yn anodd iawn cael gafael arnynt.
Mae arbenigwyr wedi edrych ar y dogfennau cynllunio ar y porth cynllunio ar gyfer dyluniad y ty mwg a’r ffliw ac maent wedi rhoi gwybod am anghysondeb rhwng uchder cymeradwy o 9m a’r hyn sy’n gweithredu ar y safle ar uchder is, a allai esbonio pam y bod y mwg yn effeithio ar ni mor wael. Rydym hefyd wedi cael gwybod am doriadau posibl eraill. Mae’r mater hwn bellach yn cael sylw gan bartïon perthnasol gan gynnwys rhai sy’n gorfodi cynllunio, ac rydym yn aros am gyngor pellach.
